This method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the wet method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
Our production processes allow for an exceptional pre-preg carbon/resin ratio, creating high product stiffness, leading to added strength and resistance. Our products are coated with a high gloss, UV-resistant clear coat that resists yellowing and does not chip or flake for a stunning finish.
