BMW Bosch ECUs/DMEs manufactured after June 2020 cannot be tuned because they are factory-locked. We offer a solution to unlock these ECUs/DMEs for tuning purposes. You need to send your ECU/DME to us or you will need to bring the car to our workshop for us to check the ECU. We will perform a check whether it is locked or unlocked, and if it is locked, we will be able to support you in the process to unlock the ECU. Afterward, we will send the ECU/DME back to you, ready for the installation of our PSR Parts Performance Custom Tuning, Bootmod3, or MHD tuning remap. 

Note: The price only covers the unlocking service, not the tuning itself.

Normally the FEMTO unlock takes about 3-5 working days after express shipping the ECU to Finland, however since this is a service performance by a third party (FEMTO), we can't 100% guarantee the lead time. 

The car will not be drivable in the mean time, the ECU needs to be physically uninstalled from the car.

After unlocking the ECU, you will be able to perform a remap on the ECU. We offer OBD FEMTO remaps or you can use Bootmod3 or MHD to remap your car. 

Suitable for Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 Remaps.
